Identifies the program of an existing token pool.

Remarks

Operations throw CCTParamsInvalidError if poolProgramAddress is omitted and the mint has no canonical pool, or both, and CCIPTokenPoolStateNotFoundError if no pool state exists under the given poolProgramAddress.
